This video is the first known video of organized, sometimes called "gang"
stalkers, caught on video. The target didn't expect the 5 minute scene,
and was simply familiarizing herself with a new camcorder before heading
out.
Organized stalking groups operate by telling lies in the target's
neighbourhood, sometimes backed up by fake criminal record reports and
fake badges, according to the report by private investigator David
